The Art of Attracting Abundance’ by Rajesh Vairapandian - This book is going to reveal the biggest secret of the law of attraction.
‘The Secret’, is one of the most famous self-help books, and hopefully, many of us had read it!
Even if you haven’t read it, we have made a blog post on our
website too, you can read it! Anything we ask the universe, we will definitely
get it.
If we believe it firmly, it would happen. It had worked for many and hasn’t worked for
few.
Anyone worried about the negative things could learn the affirmations
through, this book, ‘The Art of Attracting Abundance’ by Rajesh Vairapandian.
This
isn’t a copy of ‘The Secret’ book, but talks about the basics of affirmations
as well!
Step1.
Visualize, Step 2. Ready to ask and Step 3. Give space to let it happen! For example,
if you want a car, visualize and believe it, make sure you have space to park
it and prepare yourselves mentally to make it happen, by giving time to the
universe!
Belief
is the foremost important step to making things happen. Lack of belief is the only
reason, that prevents things from happening.
Self-doubt kills the entire process. Ask with all your emotions, and without self-doubts. And the universe would give us the best of what we asked for!
Let
me share, my favorites from this book. As we mature, we tend to have fewer
social interactions, as the vibe plays a major role.
As
we get old, we become more conscious of our vibes, and ‘Energy Shifting’ is
considered most important! Stressing the negative thing repeatedly would
create more negative energies.
We
can either do any of the two things, to handle negative situations.
THE ABOVE METHOD:-
Ignore
everything you see as a struggle, and place yourself higher than your
struggles. Our bodies will be ready if we prepare our minds.
If
we could shift our negative energies into positive ones, we could make life happier.
THE PAUSE METHOD:-
When you are filled with negative emotions, pause for a
moment. It helps us to shift the energy to a neutral zone, thereby negative energies
start to fade.
He has devised a hack to this in his book. Even just shifting
things from your right hand to your left, when we are angry would relax us.
Shifting our concentration from this emotion to others would
help us neutralize the negative emotions.
You might feel silly, but shifting concentration would really
help in handling our negative emotions.
Though unintended, we tend to speak harshly when we are angry and hurt people with our words. Writing all our emotions out, when we are
filled with anger or confusion, would give us a feeling that we have vented
out!
The negative energy vents out of our minds and we could relax. He
had discussed another method
THE LETTER TO GOD;-
We can choose our favorite god, people, or fictional character. Anne Frank, who wrote her journal during the war, helped her to
relieve all her negative emotions.
Keeping the negative emotions within ourselves, would cause
more stress and only creates negative energies.
Writing all our negative emotions unfiltered, helps us vent
out and re-evaluate our emotions. And it helps in self-growth too.
All self-help books are inter-connected and share similar
ideologies! As we tend to take more time to believe positive things, reading
repeatedly would create a good impact in life!
And we could learn multiple techniques to solve a problem! Here
he says 3 powers, would help us to reach our goals!

SHOWER POWER:- Talking to self during a relaxing shower, would help prepare
ourselves mentally. Telling positive affirmations to our body during a soothing
bath would be more receptive!

MIRROR POWER:- Ignore all the negative things, and appreciate
yourselves, for the things you have done in life, by admiring yourself in the
mirror. Create moments of admiration and appreciation for self, in front of the
mirror, to create positive impacts on that day!
TRAVEL POWER:- while traveling,
connect to your emotions and thoughts, without any distractions like mobile
phones or magazines! Enjoying and indulging in the moment would help us
focus on our emotions much better than meditation.
He shares the concept of ‘Bless
your Money’. We feel sad to spend money even on the necessitate, and worry
makes things worse.
But taking it light creates a
pipeline for new income, and thanking the money, would help the inflow of money.
As you spend money, say ‘thanks’
and bless it, and keep an attitude of welcoming it! Stop all your negative affirmations,
that it would block the flow of money.
As the universe listens to
everything that we say, avoid negative talks, and never keep your purse empty!
Always have some cash in it,
and never have the feeling that you have no money! Create a positive mentality of
becoming the boss of your money, by keeping it in your sight!
