         Even if it’s work that we like to do. Even if it’s a relationship that we cherish. Even if it’s our favorite hobby, which might be running, going to the gym, etc.          Even if we love doing all of this, there will be times when we feel disinterested. Why do we feel like that?          When we see our sporting role models perform well in the Olympics when we see them win. We feel motivated to replicate them which is very normal.          After that, we start pursuing our passion. But, making it a regular and continuous process is tough. Why do we feel demotivated at times?   HOW TO BE MOTIVATED?      Not all of us can afford a trainer or a coach who can guide us. But, we need motivation to regularly pursue something.          It is being said that self-motivation is overrated. It is being said that motivating ourselves to be successful is overrated.          When we are demotivated, we need that extra push to keep doing what we do. What is that?

       After reading certain books. We would have made an effort to understand the book. After that.          Our perspectives on life will differ. The world will look different all of a sudden. There are books that give a completely different perception.          One such book which took time and effort for me to read and understand is “Reflections” by Swami Vivekananda.          When I was a kid, we never had any celebrity posters or cricketer posters in my home. But we had one huge poster of Swami Vivekananda.          That is the largest poster that we ever had. After growing up with “Arise, Awake, and stop not till the goal is reached.”          I wanted to know his thought process. So, I began to read his book “Reflections”. His command over the language was astonishing and it was very difficult to read.          Vivekananda was the one who put Hinduism on the world map.
