WHAT TO DO AFTER YOGA PRACTICE (MUST)-01


    One of the major differences between the yoga practices and the workout is the other kind of workouts is You feel tired after the session. 

     

     But yoga makes you feel energetic no matter how intense powerful you do it. Yoga Practices give you immense benefits at the psychological level and physiological level for your soul and body. 

     

     Which other workouts sometimes fail to do it. But it is seen that some do serious regular mistakes (as a habit) after Yoga practices. Which in turn dilutes its effect.

     

     And we should know, what we should do and what are the right things we should do immediately after yoga practices.


Amongst all the important things are given below as you follow


1)DO NOT FORGET TO RELAX:-

 

I notice that most of us immediately start doing all other activities after the yoga sadhana. Because we all had time constraints.


The people are always in a hurry.  Since we are giving very high importance to asanas and pranayama practices.

 

Once we have done that, we start doing all other work and totally neglect the relaxation part at the end of the yoga session.


Even if someone relaxes I have noticed they do it for 2 to 5 minutes which is not right at all. The person should do relaxation shavasan, make asana, or dridha asana for at least 10 minutes to get body, mind, soul in relax and peaceful state.

 

Do you know that Shavasana really stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system which helps you to keep relaxed throughout the day? It calms your sympathetic nervous system


And hence it reduces meaningless thoughts and your anxiety and nervousness. relaxation resets and resettles your body

 

 

2)GO FOR A BRISK AND ENERGETIC  WALK IN THE MORNING OR EVENING:-

 

Going out for a brisk walk immediately after a morning workout is very essential and it is good for your health.

Do not hurry up or rush to do all daily routines after your yoga practices.

 

Go out in nature for a brisk energetic walk and it will set up the bold attitude for the day. After doing yoga practices your muscles are well stretched, lungs are open to breathe fully, and you are well stretched for smooth movements so that your mind and body get into a refreshing mood also.


Walking sets your body language for the day, For the bold and confident activities. It fills you full breathing, the increased heartbeats due to brisk walking will help you to clear arteries. 


And proper blood supply to each part of your body. Preferably go for a walk in nature. lookup at the sky and feel the vastness of the universe. And now begin your mundane activities with a larger perspective.

 

3)HYDRATE YOURSELF AFTER YOUR PRACTICES OR WORKOUT:-

 

Most people are taking a gulp of water at a one-shot. Do not gulp water immediately after your practice or after your workout. Drinking or take a glass of pure water is a must after practice. 


But have the clean water sip by sip with slow and relax state and do not gulp. You should drink in a relaxed state of mind and your body’s absorption capacity is high after the yoga session.

 

 And hydrating yourself immediately after yoga workout or practices. Which will help to see that each and every cell of your body is supplied with water. you can add cooling elements like jeera in water. it will not only cool down your body but detoxify your system.

 

4)HAVE A NUTRITIOUS FOOD

 

Don’t eat packed food or packaged drink after your asana.

 

Have a protein-rich diet-food added with vitamins and minerals. Eat such as paneer, tofus, nuts and seeds and sprouts, protein-rich food which you should have in your diet.  Along with a protein diet

you should eat bananas, apples, and seasonal fruits to supply essential micronutrients to your body.

 

 

5)RECHARGE YOUR MIND AND SOUL WITH A POSITIVE MANTRA OR AFFIRMATION:-
 

Believe that every day is a new day. Live as if every day is your last day. The approach in this kind of mindset. life is an adventure so gear up for the adventure of the day.


Take some time to Repeat some positive affirmation or some mantra to start your day. Do not pick up your mobile phone immediately after your session. say gratitude prayer or thank the universe for what you have now, or a motivating prayer of your choice.


That shall condition your mind . as a mind is highly receptive for the subconscious training after the yoga asana. focusing or Conditioning your mind with positive thoughts will mold your mind with a positive attitude or positive mindset and this shall Reflect in all your activities throughout the day. 


As you know that yoga is a way of living. Your one hour of focus intensive practice is warm up to your mind. benefits of yoga sessions will amplify.


If you follow these healthy habits after a yoga session. what you immediately do after your asana, pranayam session matters. 


Understand that you do systematically as we have mentioned and that would benefit you immensely, it would highlight your whole day.
