 REMEDIES FOR WHITE DISCHARGE AND OVER BLEEDING

The next remedies I'm going to tell you. It works in both white discharge and Over bleeding. So, what to do is? take this given below medicinal plant, see it.

DALBERGIA SISSOO (NORTH INDIAN ROSEWOOD): Sheesham is in Hindi. In Punjabi we call it Tali (Dalbergia sissoo) It is a beautiful tree.

 

It grows very fast. Its gives very pleasant air. It has small legumes in plant. It has very small leaves, similar but smaller than Peepal tree (Sacred fig) leaves. North Indian rosewood is known as sheesham

 

 

USEAGE OF SHEESHAM (NORTH INDIAN ROSEWOOD): we will use its leaves. If leaves are small then take 12-15, if leaves are bigger then take 10 in number is enough.

 

Also take 5 beans whole along with 10-12 leaves. put all of these into a stone mortar. We generally call mortar.

 

7-10 black peppercorns, as well as 1 little piece of pure sugar. Now start to knead it. Add a splash of water if the paste is too thick.

 

Then knead it again, by kneading these all ingredients will become a smooth mixture. As soon as it mixes well, then add a cup of water in it & knead it again for few minutes.

 

knead it very well. It will become a solution. When ingested with pulp, it is extremely helpful. If you can't take it with the pulp for some reason, you can squeeze the water out of it.

If you have a severe condition or if north Indian rosewood is not available, you can take 1 spoon of coconut ash with water every morning on an empty stomach.

 

This can be frozen for up to ten days. Then keep using this herb; it will begin to act in 5-7 days.

 

Take pomegranate, red lettuce, fruits, and vegetables, for example. Avoid spicy and pungent foods, and drink wheat grass juice every day.

 

Wheat grass powder is also available in the market. you may take powder instead of juice. If you will do the same
